Mainly, inability to relate or accept anything that's real. Common human behavior will seem tedious and not as sugary sweet as the artificial thing. We all risk losing any connection to the rest of the world and becoming an isolated being, floating in space with no real purpose.

In my view, there are too many to count. The biggest dilemma is an age-old one: what is human? What is being? I say this because there are people who so entrenched with technology that they literally cannot live without it...so does that make them machines or human? (Stephen Hawking, Chris Reeve, etc.). That, to me, is the biggest question. Cloning and uses of DNA are also causing ethical dilemmas of the same sort. I could go on and on, but that's my biggest concern. Philsopher Donna Haraway posits that human beings are becoming cyborgs because we are so entrenched in our technologies. I do not disagree.

They're many, they're subtle, and they're so progressively complex most human beings will never recognize they encountered an ethical/moral dilemma and hopped through it without noticing.

If its done properly, the dilemma's should be minimal. The obvious one would be who gets to benefit. I think the rich have the most to gain. This discussion can last forever, so that is my short answer.
