Haven't had a "real"job where you dress up every day in 10 years, getting very nervous because I have an interview coming up at a financial establishment.I already went to the office but I only met a few males working there, didn't have a chance to check how my gender was dressed. Please, give me some ideas.I know nowadays that is important.Thank you very much.

Err on the side of too conservative. Jacket & skirt suit with skirt touching the top of the knee or longer. Blouse with sleeves and a collar. Close the collar, maybe with a pin or bow if you think a button is too plain. Hide all tatoos and remove visible piercings except for one pair of earrings.

I would suggest a Conservative suite. Black pants, black jacket, and a collared shirt under. If you get there and the women are more casual you can take off your jacket and still fit in, but on an interview you should wear the jacket.
