No, I don't ever eat fast food. If I have to eat away from home, I stop at a grocery and pick up some fruit or veggies or make my own before I leave home. I always have snacks packed that I can grab on the way out or throw together a wrap but if all else fails I get a protein shake or bar at a convenience store.

No,no fast food,trying to avoid it.Especially during the summer when the weather is so hot.I only eat fast food if I travel.And then I regret it.Better to stick to healthier meals.
