with the latest version of DVD Shrink, you don't need any other applications. DVD Shrink is amazing. You can re-author to get rid of extra audio you'll never listen to, get rid of the menus and have the DVD start playing immediately after you put it in, get rid of commercials (Disney!!!), take out subtitles, and even edit out parts you don't want to be seen (for children for instance).
It really is a very handy piece of software. You can also fit anything you re-author onto a 4gb DVD or a DVD9. Pretty nice!

DVDFab Platinum is the best by far.i use to use dvd shrink but i haven't been able to get it work with XP or Vista

dvd shrink and either dvd decrypter or dvdfabdecrypter. All three can be downloaded for free.
