good pressure and water flow is directly related to what condition your system is in....first thing to check is what kind of tank..captive air(air bag tank) or galvanized water tank...the air bag tank should have 2 pounds less air in the tank than the kick on setting of your pump with no water pressure or water in the tank...to check this turn pump off drain pressure at faucet and leave faucet open....check air pressure in tank, should have a schrader valve somewhere on tank..if pump kick on at 20 pounds then there should be 18 pounds of air in tank...if not add air,,,if pump kicks on at 30 psi then should have 28 psi air in tank...as you add air the water in the tank will be pushed out contuine to do this until pressure stays at required psi...if water comes out of schrader valve then replace tank as bag is busted......if it is a galvanized tank the air volume control could be bad and the tank will need to be completly drained of water and then replace air volume control(should be a round item with a copper tube going from your pump to the round device on side of tank...then restart system....most pumps deliver about 10 gallons per minute at 0 feet if your well is 100 feet a pump will deliver about 6 to 8 gallons per minute....over 100 feet a submersible pump will contuinously deliver about 6 to 8 gallons per minute...you can check this but only where the line from the pump connects to the tank ...use a five gallon bucket.. take the line off your tank and have someone time how long it takes to fill the bucket....if less than 5 gallons per minute your pump may be wore out...this will only work if the line from your pump is 1 inch or larger if it is smaller then it will take longer about 1 minute per each 1/4 inch less than 1 inch in pipe diameter...

Part of the problem could be the holding tank losing pressure. Another thing is what material the piping is. Galvanized pipe builds up with mineral deposits and rust which both block the flow of water.

pressure on a well system is usually fixed by changing your pressure tank to a bigger one ,and also adjusting the cut out, pressure cut in pressure and cut in pressure, cut in35 psi and cut out 50 psi,i replaced my tank and made those adjustments and i have 3 bathrooms and it works fine.shut of power, when making adjustments.
