Crikey! Don't listen to anyone who didn't give you at least a 7.5. In a 12-team league, your team's very competitive if not very deep. (And, in 12-team, it's usually one or the other.)

I'll try to post a link, but: go to your Players page, filter by "all players", "QB's", "2006 season (total)"; and then sort by "fantasy points." Who was the number two quarter back in terms of points last year? That's right: Mr. Vick.

Now, repeat the search, but filter for "season (projected)" and, again, sorted for fantasy points. Who's number 1?

Running quarterbacks are injury prone (yee-ikes) but fantasy friendly. Assuming default settings (4 pts passing TD, 25 yds per passing point), Mike's a good QB1. Er, he is so long as you have a good QB2. And, you don't.

I'm a towel-twirling member of Steeler nation, and I think there's a chance Ben can regain his rookie form. But, this is FFball; ain't no room for homers here.

Your Wides are just freakin' fine. You've got a potentially top 5 in Wayne, a probable top 10 in Walker, and all WR3's are about the same. Drew is likely gonna make up in TD's anything he loses in yards to Bruce.

You don't need depth at TE; nor, normally, on DEF. And the Seahawks could be pretty good (as any NFC defense can). Maybe you can get a Leinart (or, in a perfect world, a Young) to back up the dog-dealer in a trade.

And, dump or trade that other Stiller (Miller) for more depth at RB - a handcuff at the very least; or, if you insist, at Wide Receiver. Is Anthony Gonzalez, Dwayne Jarrett, Drew Carter (contract year), Robert Meachem, or the like available? Think they're any better'n VJackson?

Couldn't hurt to unload the extras (TE2 & DEF2) for more depth at the very least.

-Regards

Your QBs stink. Big Ben is an ok back up, Vick's a big reach. You basically have no reliable starting QB. Your WRs are fine, walker and wayne are both good, I'd start Jackson over bennet though. steven jackson is a stud but Brandon jacobs is a reach as your #2 back, he could have a break out year but he's totally unproven
You don't need 2 def and TEs, you need depth at RB

start the seahawks over the jets.

6.5 - there's too many IFs here IF Jacobs lives up to potential, IF Vick doesn't get arrested and lives up to potential... (i actually ythink If he gets over the whole Dog fighting mess he may surprise some people this year... but until that's settled he's a HUGE risk)

Well out of 10, I'd give you an 7.5 with upside to an 8.5. Your QB's look good but I see Vick as to streaky so if you can get someone to buy into taking him from you, absolutely do it if you can get someone for depth on the bench. Your RBs are pretty good. Jackson will have a great year and Jacobs might be one of the best upside RBs out there. Your receivers are decent, Walker and Wayne are great plus Vincent Jackson & Drew Bennett will likely be pretty good compliments to your 1 & 2 receivers. You're definately set at TE with Crumpler. Matt Stover is as solid as there is as far as kickers out there. Your defense is decent, I think the Jets are vastly underrated and could surprise.

As for your bench, it's pretty good. You have Big Ben who'll rebound at QB. Marion Barber does great running the ball especially inside the 10 yard line. Heath Miller is a great compliment to Heath Miller. I'd drop your second defense to add depth because you won't need an extra D until bye week for your starting D.

Overall I'd say a pretty decent team with fairly good upside.

I don't think you have a good team at all. QB's are very questionable and only sparatically produced 20+ points last year. Steven Jackson is a beast, but running backs in this league fade faster then candles, so you better hope he stays healthy. You don't really have consistency at the WR position either and most of the guys you have are not #1 on their teams. TE and Kickers rarely produce big numbers, so lets skip them and your back-up defense was one of the worst last year. If there is one thing you need in fantasy football and that is consistent output. I think you will break 100 points twice this year and you will stay between 60 and 70 as an average. A lot for you depends on Big Ben... If he comes back full strength you may have a shot to average 80's, otherwise you need to get extremely active as far as trades and free agent pick-ups.

How many teams in your league? What pick where you? Steven Jackson is going to be a stud good pick. I'm a little hesistant on Brandon Jacobs but he might not be a bad pick. I agree your in trouble at QB. WR doesnt look as bad as QB. I suggest dropping your extra DST and picking up someone for depth. You dont need your extra DST till a bye week. Great team for a 12 team league. Decent for a 10 team league!!!

Wayne is a good wideout Vick is horrible get a QB see if you can get Green or Bulger someone may bite Bennett is always injured Walker should be fine you are ok at wide out but you need Ben to be better then he is so get a QB. Jets D sucks but you have the Seahawks so who cares or you can just pick whomever is playing the Packers or Texans each week Farve is horrible. I'd give you and 8 if you go get a QB though.

Normally, I would say you are in serious trouble at QB. But, I think their going to use Ben more and he'll have a healthy start. So, I would make him the starter. Trade Vick to a sucker for a WR and/or RB. Can't ever have too many RB's either. Not too bad on WR starters, but you will need more on the bench.

you could use a more stable QB, and a WR. I'd dump Miller, and consider using Ben R as trade bait (if someone is willing to trade for him.)

Definate QB trouble. Try for a Carson Palmer or whats his name up in New England.
