I have closed all the the firewall and even uninstall every firewal; program, but still cannot play online game.

i am using DSL connection, my network configuration is behind router and a DSL modem.

do you use pirated games? do you download torrentz with no seeders? never close firewall !!!!! need more details to answear.

Because you are using a router, you still have the equivalent of a firewall in place -- namely, the router. Your manufacturer may be able to help troubleshoot the issue. You can probably find a phone number for them (if they offer phone support; a few relatively obscure ones don't) by doing a web search.
Without more specific information, I'm afraid I can't be much more help than that. Good luck, though.
