Slashed zero in password?

Slashed zero in password?

Hi... I have a password to an email that includes a slashed zero... does anyone know what that means and if it's just a letter how can I write it to access the email??

It means you type the ZERO, the one next to the NINE, instead of the letter O, which is next to the letters I and P.
