i want to send a letter from US to canada (vancouver) and it costs $0.65 to send a letter. but i only have 37c stamps..so can i put 2 37c stamps on, even though that adds up to 74c. and it will still be acceptable or does it have to be exactly 65c?

Trust me....they don't mind if you go over. More money in their pockets! Yes, you can use two 37 cent stamps.

It does not matter what the amount is in any combination of stamps as long as it covers the actual amount of mailing it.

Your fine.....
