Yahoo News had a segment about the safest place in central America to live. That was Blanding, Utah! I think the name says it all. Heh

The Pacific Northwest is usually very mild and green. If you want more sun, just go east into the mainland a little more, and you've got great seasons of snow, rain, sun, and falling leaves.

Still, the best area to live depends on your job opportunities, what's best for your family (if you have any) and factors like what kinds of resources are available to you in the event of disasters or emergencies. I mean, if you're in the mountains and you break your leg, you are probably gonna hobble the rest of your life because you didn't have the resources to correctly heal.

So you've really got to review these factors as they relate to you and those you live with before you can determine the best place for you to live.

That's an impossible question to answer. Do you mean the best for weather, the best for taxes, best for jobs, or what? Different people like different parts of the country so you'll probably get a bunch of different answers. I think it depends on what you are looking for. Check out www.city-data.com and you can compare different cities.

There are "many" good areas to live in the USA. It all depends on what you want. Hot,,,cold,,,rain,,,big city,,,country....mountains...lakes....ocean. You make the choice. You'll have no problem finding your ideal location.
