Honestly man....drink a TON of water....try to drink about 5 litres a day. That will work. I did this for awhile....I have lost over 150 lbs. It took awhile, and I peed a lot....but start small and work your way up. Just remember to NOT drink Diet Pop!!! It KEEPS your weight on. It sounds like a gimic....but it's not. I didn't take any diet pills or anything, but I did do a moderate amount of excercise....walking....skiing....just stuff that I enjoy doing! If you have a positive attitude and patience, then you will go somewhere and acheieve your goal! But honestly, I think drinking water is the key, plus it fills you up!!! Don't drink too much water cause it can be unhealthy, so no more than 5 litres a day. To be able to monitor it better, buy yourself a 1 litre Nalgene bottle....just drink 5 and that's it! Oh....and don't over binge with terrible food and fast food....not good! I hope that you acheive everything you want too with your weight loss man! good luck!! I'm rooting for ya!

Put yourself on a routine! go swimming and running a couple of times a week . For swimming do as many lengths as you can before you start to tire.Same for running except run until you get tired. After that gradually build it up making it more intense eg from 45 minutes running to and hour with less rest time before you run again.Same for swimming except increase the lengths you do and decrease the rest time. Stay off alcoholic drinks(beer mainly) as they tend to increase fat around the stomach area. you should gragualy lose weight round the stomach and your muscles will become more toned and 'tighten' round the stomach. Good luck and remember be patient! hope this helps

I have the same problem, but am slowly and steadily losing the gut. One key is portion control. Don't eat big meals. Eat a few times spread out the day, but eat healthy snacks, such as fruits and vegetables. Cut out sugar much as possible!!! Cut out soda pop. Reduce salt. Walk, walk, walk. When you think you can, begin a jogging routine, if you are able. If not, increase the speed and distance of the walking. Stay away from any and all fast foods. Good luck. It is hard and it sucks, but it is only for your health benefit to lose it.

Try to limit your carbohaydrate intake. You may eat anything just try to really cut down on your carbos... Do lots of cardio exercise such as walking, running, playing basketball, and even swimming. It'll take months so be patient. Try not to eat as much (especially the carbos) after 6pm. In 2 months you should be able to see an improvement...

ELIPTICAL AND SIT-UPS! You can buy the eliptical for about $100 dollars at wal-mart. Start out doing about 20 minutes a day and work your way up. Sit-ups won't make you lose weight. You have to do cardio and sweat. The sit-ups will firm your stomach. Good luck

Two sports that will get rid of ANY excess weight.
SWIMMING
RUNNING
That's all there is to it. Push yourself to the absolute limit. Rest the next day and the day after that carry on swimming. Good luck.

It sounds like you may have an excess amount of impacted feces in your colon, just like John Wayne and Elvis. You need something to cleanse your system. Here is a link with some information.
