I will listen and wonder if what they said in the past (before the perfectly honest part) was a lie...to be perfectly honest with you I wouldn't listen...

Depends on the person saying it...if it's someone I trust I definitely listen, if it's not someone I depend or trust in sometimes it goes in one ear and out the other. I do try to really listen to what all people say though, there is usually some value in what it is, if I open my mind.
