there is a kit out that is just like a pregnancy that you can use that will tell you when your ovulating and when the best time to get pregnant is I'm not sure what it is called off the top of my head but i do know someone who used this method and did get pregnant quickly.good luck!

put a pillow under ur butt/lower hip and elevate ur legs n lower half of ur body and stay that way 4 about 10-15 mins. and make sure u orgasim when u have sex. it widens ur cervix and that makes for easier conception. good luck!!!!

Sperm are pretty strong swimmers, if there's an egg, they'll generally find it and there you have conception. I don't think there's much you can do naturally to help them along.

Hold your hips up in the air. They made me do that at the infertility clinic after every procedure

place a pillow underneath your hips to slightly elevate your pelvis and stay on your back for 30 minutes.
