...love? I mean... well, I'll explain WHY I'm asking this.
I believe in varying degrees of love. You see a woman and her kids killed in a car crash on the news. You feel sad. That's love. You find out that your favorite checker at Wal-Mart passed away last night. You feel sad. That's love. Your best friend moves to Hong Kong. You're lonely; you miss them. That's love. You meet a guy/girl and can't imagine being without them. That's love. You have two kids together (or adopt?). You want to cry when you see them crying. That's love.
This is my issue. People make too much out of that word. I tell a friend of mine that I love him. He says, "Ok." I tell another friend I love him. "Really? OMG."
I don't mean that I'm IN LOVE with them, nor do I mean that I want to MAKE LOVE to them. I just love them, but society has made the word into something that it isn't.
So my question is just that: What do you think about love?

Well, the mystery begins to clear. Love is a four-letter word, like fire. It has its positive and negative aspects. You sign "love" as your source of information. But if you love everyone, you love no one in particular. We can respect or admire or tolerate others, but we can't love in the abstract. Or at least I can't. I need to know the person, establish common bonds, be assured of that person's trustworthiness. There's more, but I'm not going to continue this rant.

Love does have many degrees and levels and meanings.
I have learned from deaths and moving away that it feels great to love someone and be loved. I think everyone should say it more often because sometimes people don't know sometimes people don't care. Love is a game sometimes..
And the same thing happened to me when i told my friend that i loved him as like a best friend he took it the wrong way. But love is love i guess!

In the original Bible, there were more than one word for love, one was wanting the best for someone, I don't remember all of them, I am trying to work but you should look it up.

The world needs some, and they need another few 100 words to describe it.

Love is weird. I think its one of those things that make us more advanced than other things like monkeys cuz love for us goes farr beyond the pourpose of making babies to populate the earth.

Love is non-existent. It's for people who need to believe in someone accepting them, and for those of us with strong minds, having a love-relationship is really pretty irrelevant.

Romantic love can be such a blessing and it can be such a curse.
As for other kinds of love, I freely tell my friends that I love them and I like hearing that they love me. :)
I love you, too, E!
