It just gets rid of the fat on top. It does nothing about the fat that's inside it.

No, it doesn't necessarily lower the fat, it might reduce the amount off the skin/top layer of your food. But there is still a lot of grease/oil/fat in the food

It only removes a small amount of fat but it does help, but more importantly it cuts out in a lot of the grease. For people like me with gastrointestinal issues that causes your stomach to be less upset after eating.

I do the same thing and people have told me that it cuts some fats but not a whole lot. What's important is you should burn the food you eat everyday in order to avoid turning it into fat.

just the visible fat , it does nothing for the trans fats and saturated fats inside the meat.
