No. There is a limit to how much will be absorbed. As long as you are breathing and away from the pirahanas fresh water should be no problem.

No. the pressure inside your body is enough to slow the rate of adsorbtion enough so your body can process the water. I suppose it's possible if you stayed in for 20 years, but I doubt it. Something else would kill you first.

No. Your body is more than 90% water anyway, so you're just absorbing in as much water as would be leaving you anyway.

More likely you would die from hypothermia...if the water is colder than your body temperature, it would eventually lower your body temp enough to kill you.
