No because I can understand the words,and I accept your kind of mentality. The only thing is if I have a job to offer with a high salary ,no way, that you can get the job...So if you want to get ahead around ,express yourself in a better way.

Yes because I do not see the point. If you want to emphasize something why not make ALL of the letters caps. Not only is it easier on the eyes, it's way less time consuming.
