Al Oliver did while with the Rangers.

I vaguely recall there has been another....

Ha! Rey Ordonez, 1996-97 with the Mets.

-----
ps. Oliver from 1978-85 with the Rangers, Expos, Giants, Phillies, Dodgers, and Blue Jays.

Kerry Robinson is also correct: wore #00 in 1999 with the Reds and #0 in 2002-03 with the Cardinals.

Leonard wore #00 from 1987-90 with the Giants, Brewers, and Mariners.

The catcher in question was probably Benito Santiago, who wore #09 from 1991-94 with the Padres and Marlins. He claimed it balanced out his jersey back so the catcher's protector strap didn't feel so uncomfortable, since it fit between the digits.

I can't remember the catcher's name that had it, but for a while there was a catcher that was 00 and he was that because he wanted to be 0, but when he was wearing the catcher's gear it would cover the number, so he went to 00 so they could both be seen when he had the gear on.
