Well i must say, i see arod ending his career as a yankee. he wants a ring, new york is the best place to get him one. he has the swing for yankee stadium. he just figured out how to handle the media. i dont know that steinbrenner will sign him for $350 million. i dont know that anyone will be the babe. when the yanks move into the new stadium if its gonna be dubbed its gonna be the house that jeter built not the house that rodriguez built. he has the power but hell never be the face of the yankees. he can hit a million homers but he will never be jeter or the babe. hes not the face of teh bronx. so no he wont be better then the babe. i see him almost like a lou gherig. a tremendous player with incredible power but hes not the face of teh yankees.

His next contract will be big, but, if he shops, i think the Yanks will stick by their guns and let him test the market. Bottom line is there are only maybe 2 other teams that could afford him besides the Yankees and that's the Red Sox and the Braves. I see his point of not negotiating, but, I think that's more Boras than A-Rod. Bigger than the Babe. No.. Not gonna happen. A-Rod is NOT a life long Yankee. If that were true, you'd see Bernie there. He's a True Yankee *and I hate the yankees*
