I don't think you can because genital warts are sexually transmitted. In any case, you should see your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give yo medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.

Yes, you can. A wart from somewhere else, can spread there.
However, some people have little glans there, that look like little pink dots. Are they symmetrical?
It might not be anything, but it's still a good idea to check with your doctor.
