I was just recently pulled over for Aggravated Speeding, 83 in a 40. I've got 1 previous ticket for AS at 20mph over...now i realize my fines/penalties will vary based on the judge, but is there any standard punishment for the speed over i was going? I've got a court date, nothing else written on the ticket.

In California, the tickets starts at like $350, but if you had a previous infraction, you might be looking at over $500 and probably wont be able to clear the points on your record with traffic school. But if you are concerned about the cost, you can opt for community service.

Because the speed limit is the law. Would you break the law by stealing money, killing someone etc.? no. So why do you think breaking the speed limit is acceptable? Especially because it can lead to seriously injuring, or even killing, people? Yes, I agree going a few miles over the limit is something we all do occasionally by accident, but the police take this into consideration. If you are going at 32 in a 30 zone, they will usually ignore you, or follow to see if you realise and slow down. 5-20 mph over the limit is not something you tend to do all that accidentally - that few mph could make the difference between you hitting someone and them dying, or them walking away from the crash. And in most places, a judge will be much more severe if you're going at 80 in a 30, than if you're going at 35 in a 30 mph zone, for example.

Which state are you in? I got a ticket for going 87 in a 55 and was arrested on the spot. The highway patrol called the judge to see "what he wanted to do" about it. I bailed out and then had to pay a large citation as well as monthly Texas DPS fees for a year in order to keep my license

you are most likely looking around $250 - $400 for the ticket and another $200 for court cost. You will probably loose your license for 90 days and get 80 hours community service.

It isn't going to be pretty, and your insurance may cancel you completely. You are in big trouble. Expect the worse. You could even be charged with reckless driving.
