Apparently the BBC played it backwards to make it seem that the Queen stormed out of a portrait painting.

I was wondering how they did that.

They never played it backwards they just simply edited it. Not hard to do with their expertise.

Strictly, that's not true. An external production agency made the documenary and put the video together on behalf of the BBC and then passed onto the BBC. The BBC did not know it was the incorrect sequence until it had come to the attention of the palace.

Why can't people just accept things they way they happen instead of looking for something, some theory or conspiracy or corruption that simply isn't there?

I don't accept that the BBC did this to be malicious or on prupose. How stupid would they be to do that, they know palace officials are going to see it and wouldn't want to rock the boat after the tele-scandals with Blue Peter recently.

A mini storm in a tea cup I think.

No, the production team editted the film in the wrong order. It isn't backwards. Can you get your head around that one?
