If you take and olk tree and put it in doors all year around and give it all the nutrients it needs Would it shed its leaves?

It will shed its leaves and die. Most oak trees, unless native to the tropics, are temperature species and require a period of dormancy during cool weather. It they don't get the dormant period, they will not survive.

For ANY plant to grow it needs food (fertalizer, CO2, water) and proper light. If you can provide that indoors it'll grow well. As far as it shedding it's leaves... It will but not in the wild way as in turning colors, dying and falling off. It will probably shed leaves a few here and a few there, then grow them back.

are you trying to use oak trees as houseplants?
never seen it.
