That is a lot to be dealing with all at one time. Troubles at home and at school. I hope you have a good friend that you are able to talk to, and somewhere you can go to get away from things for a while. Are you into sports or any other after school things? It might be a good thing to do to keep yourself busy and having fun outside of your troubles and maybe help lower your stress. What ever happens, just remember that your parents both love you, despite what they are going through. Your life will feel normal again at some point. As for the bully, if your parents are too distracted to deal with it, tell a teacher or counselor. They are obligated to handle those kinds of problems. It is a part of their jobs. Don't just accept that treatment. You deserve to be a happy kid and just having fun with life.

A huge bully where? In the marriage? At school?
We need more information -- tell us about the bully and what the bully does.
Or go to your parents. Just because they are getting a divorce doesn't mean they don't love you. They should still be able to work together to help you out.
ADDITION:
Well, if there is a huge bully at school you should first contact your school principal or a favorite teacher. Let them know what the bullying behavior is, and how and where it is happening.
Secondly, you need to stop letting the bully affect you. Don't show fear to the bully and speak up. If they hit or harm you, you will need to report it.

Your parents are getting a divorce, well you really cannot do anything about that, now of the bully at school you need to stand up for yourself, karma's a *****.

nothing you can do about the divorce. it sucks but, it happens. you should talk to your parents about it. they can put your mind at ease. with the bully, why don't you tell them about that too? just cause they're divorcing doesn't mean you get left in the dust. they want you to be safe if if they aren't living together. they love you. talk to them.
