Affect -- This is mental or emotional.
Effect -- This is cause and effect - a result.
Insight -- This is a vision, or knowledge of a fact or idea.
Incite -- This is to cause an action or event to occur.
Weather -- Is the outside conditions of the atmospher
Whether -- Used to introduce two alternatives
Wether -- I don't know why you need this one it is a castrated male sheep.
So lets put all these together.
Whether or not I have enough insight to effect the weather, I know it’s affect on me may incite an emotional reaction.
