on the phone would be bright enough to manage the White House and make decisions on the tough issues that face us. Think of the money we could save. We would not need a staff or a cabinet, and the decision maker would only be a phone call away. We could then put that other decider out to pasture on his ranch, deciding which cow pie to pick up.

I have a few questions? Would our outsource number have 'shift workers?' And are the day shift phone operators more conservative than the night shift? Will this outsourcing idea be as different as night and day?
