it would rain everyday, somewhere!! not the same place all the time....gotta spread it around!!

It all depends on what i am thinking about at the moment. If i have the environment in mind then i will make it rain and if it was a hot day. Also, i would make it rain if i was feeling sad or depressed for any reason.

Only in select areas, like my bosses neighborhood it floods all the time. I have it rain there all the time just to keep him out of the office. Or on all the hoidy toidy buisness people that total tight wads.
But really... Id want it to rain skittles so I could taste the rainbow.

yes in the places affected by drought. not 24/7 of course - the rain would be distributed evenly throughout the world and only if people did a rain dance hehe!

There would be droughts and the farmers would weep. Until their tears became our tears, and it would rain for days. Until the been trapped indoors drove every one crazy then we’d stop the rain again.
