some obese people do experience a small penis, that's because of the extra fat surrounding the penile/groin area. reduce or eliminate that fatty area and the man MIGHT see some additional inches.
muscular- most cases I have not seen muscular men with a large (+8" >) penis. is seems as if they are making up for that deficiency with muscular buidling. however that's my opinion.

Well seeing as how penis sizes differ from person to person some body builders have smaller ones, average ones, and larger ones. You penis size doesn't change based on big of a person you are.

Nope, nothing to do with muscle:fat ratio. The amount of fat depends on how much surrouns the groin area, therefore experiences a loss of 2" if that. Anyway, penis size has nothing to do with how the body is toned.

Not at all. The size of a man's body has absolutely no correlation to the size of his penis. I've seen very large men with very small penises and very short men with very large penises. You can't judge how big it will be until you see it.

No!!! It is the individual's genes that determine the size of his penis, not his body appearance.
