Well my husband and I ran into my daughters "sperm doner" about a month ago and he told us he wasn't working and thats why hes not paying child support. Fine whatever people go through hard times with jobs and I am used to him not paying.

Well the other day my friend that goes out almost every weekend and gets along with my ex told me that he has been bouncing at 2 different clubs for about a year now. How do I go about turning the jerk-off in?

"Bouncing" is generally a cash job so it may be hard to catch him. But I agree, call your child support agency and report it. They will have to contact the employer who will probably deny it--however, it will make them nervous and he will probably not be bouncing for cash for long.

On the other hand, if he hasn't paid for 60+ days, you could ask for a warrant for his arrest for non payment and have him 'served' at his non-job.

You of course have every reason to be angry. But make sure that your daughter does not hear negative things about her Dad or even hear you discussing it w. your husband. This will cause issues and resentment later on. It happens all of the time. You daughter will figure it all out later.

As far as him actually working........ well thats easy. Talk to the police and they will direct you to child support enforcement or something like that. They can easily determine if he has been working. They can put him in jail and very often what they do is suspend a persons drivers license.

You might want to do a little detective work and call these clubs and ask for him..... say in the daytime when he won't be there. Pretend to be someone else and ask when he might be working again. This will help in nailing him.

Get a court order!!! That son of a ***** will not get away this!!! When you get a court order that orders him to pay support and then he does not pay....get what is called a writ of execution...it is when they are held in contempt and then a sheriff takes their property(car, house, bike), sells it and the proceeds go to you! My friend is going through this, and he works but it is under the table, so they cannot even find him!! So, nail him while you can. Also if he quits his job to avoid child support, that is illegal and he can't get away with that either!! Contact a good family lawyer in your area!! Your sorry *** sperm donor may even have to pay for your lawyer fees!!! BEST OF LUCK!!! lv Nicole!!!

I live in WI also. Call local child support office. They will send letters him and "employer". Chances are these are "cash" jobs. It would make his "employer" real nervous when asked if he works there or not. And they will never know if a child support worker will walk into these clubs and see him once they know about this.
