My dad told me word for word of his account with Big Foot.
He and his brother were hunting in the woods down toward Indian Head, which is rather close to our current residency. All of a sudden everything got really quiet. They didn't think much of it at the time..anyways, off in the distance, they saw it. At first my dad thought it was a bear. And my dad being the stupid person that he is, decided to walk towards it. My uncle, on the other hand, was freaking out and made a quick move to run. All the noise caused 'Big Foot' to turn it's head in their direction. He told me it looked at them for a good ten seconds, like it was contemplating whether or not to kill them. It decided not to kill them, instead it ran off in the opposite direction.
Now, do I believe it? Yes and No, I suppose. My dad was so convincing when he first told me the story, but lets keep in mind I was only around nine years old at the time. Even now, a decade later, he still brings it up. And still I am undecided.
They say seeing is believing. But, in this particular situation, I think I'd rather not see...

Bigfoot has officially been put on the endangered species list, and "hunters" are now only allowed to use cameras to "shoot" it.
If a gov't agency believes there is some degree of possible truth to sitings, then that should be proof for the population.
I believe Bigfoot exists regardless of gov't statements.

In our part of the country we have our own "bigfoot" called the "noxiemonster" in the 1970's several sightings of this creature were reported near a small town called Noxie, Oklahoma. The good old boys of the surrounding area rolled out in numbers in their pickup trucks with guns a totin to see if they could bag the creature to no avail. Another recent sighting was reported in 2006.

I was fascinated in Big Foot as a kid. I would still like to believe that there are some animals that man doesn't know about. I do like the idea of Big Foot as there has never been a human killed by one(to our knowledge). To me, if they do exist, they are better than a human in some aspects, such as, humans not being killed to be dissected by them to see what makes us tick. If one was ever found alive man would have to kill it and pick it to pieces for science sake.
I'm the kind of person that would like to let all the animals out of cages and be set free.

I've always had my doubts on whether or not he was a real creature. I do not know for sure, but it seems that he might actually be real. After all, he doesn't seem to possess any magical traits, does he? Or any supernatural things, like flying, mind-reading, witchcraft, etc. So my answer is....maybe.

I do. I think that even if we find him or her we should leave it alone and let live instead of capturing it putting it in a zoo or cage of some sort so that we can put it on display. Just a picture or print will be OK for me.
