an old rock song?

there is an old rock song that starts out as guitar in the begining (i think distorted but maybe not) and then at the end goes to an island type vibe (steel drums and such) and then back to rock. does anyone know this song? i don't know any words, just that instrumentation. anyone know?

It could be "Permanent Vacation" by Aerosmith, although I think that one fades out with the steel drums and guitars.
