Lately, I have been feeling so nervous and worried. Of course due to things, but what can I do so I'm not like this. Even when I wake up in the morning I feel like I can't enjoy the day because I'm already worried with something. It feels like heartbreak, I keep getting frustrated with things? What do you think?

If you've always had some form of anxiety, you might really benefit from trying Paxil or another SSRI. Anxiety often originates in depression, and SSRIs are effective for both. My husband has social anxiety disorder and he took Paxil for about five years. He's gone off it now because he's learned how to cope with his anxiety much better. The SSRI might help you understand how irrational your brain is being because it will make you feel more grounded and keep the anxiety from snowballing. I highly recommend going to either your doctor or a psychiatrist. Psychiatrists are the best option because they know the drugs so well, and they can really diagnose you more thoroughly. But if your insurance doesn't cover psych care, then go to your regular doctor and talk to him/her about it.

The best way to deal with anxiety is to go discuss it with your doctor. Everyone is different. What works for one person will not work for another. What worked once for a person might not work the next time. Everyone has their own needs. The best way to find out what will work for YOU is to get specific help by consulting with the professionals. Start with your family doctor, and go from there. Good luck!

You might consider doing some exercise, wake up with your favorite music, watch funny movies, or any movie you like to watch, talk to your friends on the phone, get a girlfriend maybe. I have a alot of anxiety right now due to a current situation and did exercise last night and i feel better too!
but still have some anxiety, ;(

i am sorry to hear about your anxiety as this can be very debilitating. Anxiety is usually triggered by stress. You need to identify what the triggers are and have your doctor asses the level of anxiety you have. There are some excellent medications to alleviate anxiety symptoms and you don't have to live with it . goodluck

You need to go to a doctor, and ask him for some help. Becuase he can then get you something to take. Another thing that you need to do is try to tell your self not worry. You need to find something that will ease it, and that will help make you feel better about your self. Once you start doing that you then have a way to get over it or at least ease the suffering your going though.

open up the bible, go for a walk or a run, listen to some music
