My philosophy of life is as follows:

Be optimistic
Most people are good
Do your best/work hard
Be kind and generous, help people in need
Be respectful and considerate
Balance work and home life
Live within your means
Be ambitious, strive to improve
Always continue learning
Have an open mind, ask question
Respect the environment
Follow the rules/laws
Be thankful/appreciative of what you have
Always tell the people you love how much you love them

I am generally conservative. I think that my philosophy of life gels well with my political views. Just my personal opinions!

My philosophy:
Live and let live
Rely on no one but yourself
Be responsible for your actions
Be charitable to others, but take care of your own first
Education is power
Keep an open mind, but keep your feet on the ground
Do not judge others until you walk a mile in their shoes
Authority can always be questioned
Play your cards close to your chest
Personal lives are meant to be personal, not everyone's business
We have consciences for a reason, USE THEM

I'm such a mish-mash of viewpoints, I'm not sure where I fit in on the political spectrum. Though, I've been told I'm Libertarian Left.
I vote for whom I feel is best qualified for the position, and has the best grasp of the issues at hand.

Philosophy? Live as honorably as possible, be reasonably productive and don't hassle anyone who is not harming others.
This makes my political philosophy pretty liberal on social issues. And the part about being honorable makes me concerned about, among other things, a social safety net. That makes me lean left on economic issues.

I believe in live and let live, helping others, being honest and being tolerant. I believe that we should each try to help improve the world around us to the best of our abilities. Although I’m sometimes discouraged about the present, I am optimistic about the future. I have been fortunate in life and I would wish similar good fortune to others. Even if it is not always possible to improve things, we should not stop trying. I’m a liberal.

Do unto others as you would have done to you.
Judge not, lest you shall be judged thyself.
Last but not least…

Live, Love & Laugh.

How these affect my political views. Well, they haven’t until the last few years. I try hard not to judge G.W. Bush or Dick Cheney, but they make it hard not to be critical of the whole “conservative” agenda.

I have told myself that I will never in my life vote for another Republican and I aim to keep that promise.

I say to each his own and that people should be able to live their lives however they want to as long as they are not breaking the law. That is one of the reasons I am a Democrat. I don't like judgemental people and don't think people have the right to tell others how to live their lives or legislate morality. It is also one of the reasons I have problems with organized religion. I believe in God, but again, have problems with anyone telling me how I should or should not live my life

My philosophy of life is live and let live. I do not judge others nor do I attempt to criticize what makes them happy. Everyone is free to due what they choose is best for them. As long as they are not interfering with my pursuit of happiness, then I have absolutely no problem.

That is why I am a Libertarian.
