Hello we are going to do a complete clean up on a property for sale. There is a 4 by 4 area of blue tint from an eopxy paint spill. We used a wire brush tool to remove the top layer of cement and it worked great on the paint removal. Now we have a BLUE TINT left that I cannot find a product that will remove.
Does anyone have any ideas? I have tried driveway cleaner/degreaser,paint thinner, power wash.

Try some Muratic Acid. I removed rust stains from concrete with it. Make a mess and smells nasty, but it worked.

Regular paint is going to come off much faster and end up spotting where your tires rub the paint off if your going to be parking in this garage. An epoxy would be much better, you'll get a longer life out of it and if you have any fluids dripping out of your car, or just plain spills from garage work, they will clean up much easier.

Someone who knows how to do sand blasting, and effectively NOT focus just on that area.

Another solution, though I detest staining a drive just for aethetics, is to stain over.
