Actually, I've heard on some science show or something that sexual arousal in males SLIGHTLY increases hair growth.

It's called genetics. Some guys can't grow anything but peach fuzz at 20 y/o...others are hairy monkeys at 15 y/o. Thank your parents and/or relatives.
