ive just bought a compresor to spray car's and bike's that i do up to sell on but now nothing about mixing the paint what paint to use or how to spray can anyone help please.

Oh man, you're clearly getting yourself in way deeper than you realize. Painting a car is not like painting a wall. The surface needs to be pristine (like, no dust, no hairs, no specs of dirt AT ALL) when you start and stay that way until the paint dries. The paint is totally different and much more dangerous, especially the fumes. The technique for applying the paint seamlessly takes a lot of practice to get down.

You need to learn a lot more than what you could possibly learn from a few written answers here on Yahoo Answers.

Car painters spend many years learning this trade and thats why it's so expensive, you will need to get some books on it and then practice a lot, there is a lot more than just having a compressor and a spray gun...a lot more !

Different paints have different needs. You really need to do some studying before trying this. Buy a respirator also. Paint fumes can be deadly.
