Assuming you are using Windows XP - go to the Lexmark website - (http://www.lexmark.co.uk/uncomplicate/site/home/0,,252735_0_0_en,00.html) if in the UK - click on drivers and download and find the one for your printer. When asked whether to run, save or cancel - select run to install or save to save to disc (including a CD).
