Ok - strictly physical attributes. . let's see. . .
I dont know if I can narrow down a favorite part. I sure like hands, chests, and faces.
I usually look at a man overall - everything "fits" or it doesn't.
I tend to like tall, big men - a little overweight is okay too - definitely do not like skinny at ALL!
I look for facial hair and longer hair (def. not buzzed or flattop), nice teeth. The rugged (yet clean) hunter/biologist/naturalist look appeals to me.

Hands/arms (technically that's two, but they are attached). There is nothing sexier than muscular upper arms and big strong hands. You know that those arms/hands can kick someones as s, but they can also be gentle when holding a child.
OK, I had to add something (BusyOne made me feel guilty...LOL). Of course, inner beauty is more important. However, you did say physical and that is also important. You want to be physically attracted to your man as well!

I would say a sexy chest with a rippling six pack abs and some tatoos across his abs and upper back. AND THE SEX GLINT IN HIS EYE.

Well I won't even look at a guy unless he has dark brown hair and my favorite is a guys arms. Not all muscles but not too skinny.
