This question coincides with many other questions about "other people". Pedestrians as well as other drivers suffer from what I call "I'm not you so i don't care" syndrome. This causes them to walk slowly across the street, ding our doors, and slowly drift into our lanes while yapping on their cell phones.
Long answer made short: Its their world and we're living in it.

"permit" "cuz i'm not letting everybody else pass!" At a bypass walk - what state? that is not a case of "letting" that's the regulation in many states that pedestrians have the superb of way in a crosswalk and a few abuse it. on the different hand, some human beings won't have the ability to pass speedier. Thank the Lord you may walk without postpone, i won't have the ability to to any extent further.

Pedestrians feel they're better than everybody else. They feel they supersede the "right of way" rule. Don't say it's not true, because I'm like that, most people are too. But generally I'm fast crossing streets, especially major roads.

I know why do people do that. It's like they're saying, "yeah you see me, I'm gonna take my time, you can't touch me, you'll go when I'm across," so irritating makes me want to not let anyone cross in front of my car again, but I know I will.

Don't let them bring you down to their level. Let people cross and know that you are a better person for doing so.

They were teenagers. What do you expect? Pedestrians have the right of way, by the way.

I see that as a challenge, if they don't cross in an acceptable time, they are defying my authority and need to be eliminated
