every thing works but i cant get the Green to go away .

Do you have florescent lighting? That will make you look green.

See if you have white balance adjustment for different types of lighting. Make sure it is set correctly.


Your eye (actually your brain does it) constantly adjusts your internal white balance by looking at things it 'knows' the colour of. Cameras are not that smart and actually reproduce what is really there. Tungsten lights make things orange hued. Florecent lights green.

if the cam is merely mis adjusted, try and modivy color in the control panel for the cam.

if nothing can be done, it is possible the camera is physically defective.

does this happen with various light sources?

I hate it when that happens...

whatever program that came with it, open it up, go to "file", "view", whatever, try all those thinga-ma-bobs at the top of the screen, look for things like "options", "preferences", anything that looks like it will do something.

there should be something there to change things like brightness, contrast, etc. etc.
