I saved a file at my desktop but now I want to delet it. When i trye to delete it or move it I recive an error message that this is write-protected file so cannot be removed. Can you guide me how to delet this file?

Right click on the file
Select Properties from the menu that appears
Uncheck the box at the bottom which says "Read-Only"

If you are still unable to delete the file, reboot the PC in Safe Mode and repeat the process above.

Right "click" on the file and pull up it's properties. Uncheck the write protect(or read only)box. You will then be allowed to delete it! ;-)=

type
"erase /ar [filename(FULL directory)]"
a-attribute
r-read-only

*full directory e.g.
WRONG 1.txt
CORRECT C:\1.txt
