1) Do pushups with your feet on a couch or chair, so that you're body is diagonal. This targets the deltoids /shoulders.

2) Put one heavy bottle in each hand and lift your arms out like when doing a jumping jack except with your feet planted. This also hits the deltoids. Make sure your arms are as straight as possible.

3) Lift anything heavy over your head and back down and back up in a controlled motion. This works the shoulders too.

Hope that helps. I really recommend you get a gym membership like at your local YMCA. Good luck!

Looks like you answered your own question.

Since you don't have time to go to the gym or you don't have equipment either, I guess the best thing you can do is lift heavy things you own in your house. You can't build up your shoulders right away though. It takes time. If you have a girlfriend, carry her around. hehehe...

I dont for one you need to stretch them out what i did to make my shoulders a bit broader is bend your elbows and put your arms up high with your palms facing eachother in fists and go out fully then in fully like the formation.

You should do lots of press-ups but different types like handstand press-ups which are really good for the shoulders. You could also get two chairs and do dips on them and find somewhere you can do pull-ups in your house.

grab some milk jugs full of water and hold it next to your side (each hand has a jug in it) and lift it with arm full extended until you arms are perpindicular to you. if too light find somthing heavier. you can also do these to the front!
