dr watson is the debug manager of windows
you usually see it running in task manager just after you have had to "end task" a locked up program
and just before you get the nag screen "you have just terminated a non responsive program" do you want to send a report to microsoft?"

Not familiar with crase.exe. It is not a standard Windows file. It would have come from another program that you installed. Do a "Search" for where the file is located and that may help you to figure out (for the directory name) what program it is part of.

Drwatson is a "debug" program that has been part of Windows since Windows 3.1. It is would tracks the errors and sends reports to MS if needed.

If you are getting an error from both crase and drwatson at the same time, then it is probably the crase that is causing the error, and drwatson is tracking it.

If you can determine what program crase.exe beflongs to, try uninstalling and reinstalling it and see if that resolves the issue.
