The Temp Folder in my computer.
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp.
It carried more than 7 GB data. is it ok to delete all these files in this folder.

You should be ok. Go ahead and delete them. After you do, there is a very small risk that your computer or something you were doing may stop working. Just reboot and you should be fine.

It is perfectly alright to delete these files because they contains files related to temporary data and downloads when you go on-line .

clear it and your system will be faster and you get more space on your drive .

This is usually wher your downloads from the internet go. If you do not want each item you may delete. Please leave the folder.

im guessing you do a lot of video processing?
uses loads of temp space
get em gone and reclaim your space!
