When you turn 50 is that the only birthday that is considered "over the hill" Can an age like 46 be considered that too????

Its just that my mom is 45. I want to throw her a surprise "over the hill" birthday party. I just dont want to wait 5 years. So can 46 be considered "over the hill" or not

You're not over the hill until you think you are! How about this for a party....
Give her a "Ripened to Perfection" party and use grapes, peaches, plums, etc. as your decorations....and on your food trays.

sure! we threw an over the hilll party for my dad when he turned 40.
