I know HOW.
I want to know how YOU, personally, pick best answer for your question in P&S.

A lot, not all, of questions ask stuff like this:
What's your favorite flavor of ice cream?

Do you choose the person who agrees with you?
Do you choose someone in your contact list?
Do you let it go to vote?

or something else!

TGIF the 13th!!!!! ooo-wee-ooo

On questions I ask in a spirit of fun, I pick one that amuses me, which will tend to be from contacts or others who I have observed have that have a offbeat sense of humor like mine. On questions that I feel are serious, I truly try to pick the most informative that gives examples or references, preferably without taking a chapter to get their point across. On spiritual questions, I do gravitate more to ones who I feel are like-minded, but on moral question, I will go for the best answer, regardless of their beliefs. I try not to let it go to vote because you can end up with a loon getting the most votes, and nothing is accomplished. I never expect my contacts to pick me, and sometimes would like to give it to someone, but there may have been someone there first with a very similar answer. Did the dang thing I hate, gave a long answer to a simple question.

I probably put too much into the decision making, but first I choose the one who I agree with or if they are funny (I love a good sense of humor). AND then I go back to their profile and do a quick rundown on about 4 or 5 of their answers/questions. IF I find that they are a racist, have asked racists questions etc.. I will NOT give them best answer. Instead, I choose someone else and repeat the process. I know it 's weird and I know I really need to get a life, but that is how I make my decision.

I give people 10 points based on how much I like their answer, or if they mention a really good point, or make me think about my question differently. I definitely DONT let it go to vote if I can help it, you get 3 points for picking the best answer if it's your question! lol. And no, I don't necessarily pick the person that agrees with me...don't have anybody in my contact list, either. lol. Answer your question? lol.

I choose the one that makes the most sense, or if the question is a simple answer--than the one that is closest to the one that I would choose. I also like the funny ones that are unusually sarcastic in nature--THOSE are my favs!!

I think that most people in P&S are friends, and it is a "clique" that votes for one another, and they dump on new people to the catagory. Just my opinion though!

I choose the person who either answers correctly or gives me a good enough reason, agree or no. Tons of people connect to me on Y!A though I don't know why, but, I don't choose them as my best if their answer isn't any good (also because I don't even know who my contacts are haha)

It depends what mood im in. I like people who give funny answers. But if it is aserious question, i choose the one with the best, most informative answer. I really like people who can help me see a different point of view and present it well.

I choose someone who makes me laugh, if it is a funny question, and I also like when someone gives details. It means they took the time to actually answer and not just get two points. I also look to see what my wonderful contacts have to say! =)

If the question is purely informational than I vote for the answer with the best info. If I'm looking for opinions than I vote for a rational thought that hasn't occurred to me. And if I'm looking for confirmation than I vote for the answer that most closely mirrors my own thoughts.

If it is a serious question, I try to choose the one I agree with most. It it is a funny question, then I choose the one that I think is the funniest.

I frequently p.c.. the guy who spoke back the question the final. i hit upon alot of folk supply stable responses, yet some human beings in basic terms form of pass over what the question easily asks. I easily have failed somewhat essays via doing that, so I do form of tend to deliver that over.
