Nevertheless, according to my source, in Oregon the older one (the guy) would be guilty of "Sexual abuse in the third degree." That's a class A misdemeanor and can carry a jail sentence of up to one year and/or a fine of up to $5000. Probably less but not necessarily.
With that said, the chances of you getting charged for this is fairly low. Still, it probably isn't worth it, no matter how you feel about one another. Just wait a year.

Depends on what state you live in. Indiana has just passed a crazy law that permits consensual sex at 14 years of age.
