If not why? If so, why dont they do anything about it in countries which dont have rich oil resources?

Afghanistan doesn't have oil rich resources
...that's your invented justification for some mysterious "ulterior motive" the USA must have...because you can't bear to believe the USA behaves morally and honorably
I don't know where you're from...but why doesn't your country try honor and morality too...the world would be a better place for it

Can you name some countries being over run by terrorist that we should be helping? I cannot think of any off the top of my head.
The Sudan does not count as terrorism because it is the government of the country that is permitting the terrorizing of its citizens.

Why should only USA be the one who has to do something about terrorism. When we help we are called bullies and trying to control the world. If we dont help we are called selfish and uncaring. no win situation.
