yea i get what you all mean, but why sit around and cry over somethng you cant control and you can't change and waste time and energy on that when you could move on with your life because we dont live forever so why spend your days sad and depressed?? its God's will and it happened for a reason, why get so caught up in it??

anyways thank you for the answers i got so far!!!!!!!

yes i do cry...simply cause in my life, everything is so attached to the other... one thing fail.. the whole system fail... so if i have no power or no control over the part that failed at first, how am i going to put my life together... it's still together but i've put lots of plasters on it to keep it together...

why get depressed over things that i can't do anything about.. ?!! .. well simply cause all doors shut in my face and i can't do anything about... what do i do then? smile and pretend my life is together?!! sure i'll work to make it better and remove the plasters and see all those wounds healed.. hopefully anyway... but will it heal by me being shattered to pieces inside and from 'pretending' that everything is ok when i know it's not...!!!

yes i agree.. crying doesn't solve anything.. we should get off our a55es and do something about the problem.. but you know.. sometimes no matter how much u get up and pull yourself together.. it seems destiny push u down and glue u to the situation u were in... and everything u've worked for and tried to achieve seems to disappear... faster than u can imagine..

But as usual.. after crying.. i feel like i'm empty.. i feel like maybe i'm not worthy of all those stuff i want in life ... or am i asking for too much!?!!

Is it depression!! am i depressed these days?!! i feel so happy when i'm busy and doing something and then all of the sudden... i go back to the feelings i had at first.. crying over a lot of things i can't control, i can't do anything about... for many reasons... health, work, life's obstacles and on top of it all... u get an unsecure country where i can't just call and buy a ticket and get outta here.. then when u get all those things happening.. then u start to wonder again.. is it me? am i not worthy!? why is destiny against me these days? am i asking for too much...

all that is hypothetical of course :) i'm happy .. i'm having fun these days..

We used the ferber method on our daughter.. but not until she was almost 5 months old. The thing is.. any baby under 3 months.. you should respond to their cry. They could be hungry, wet, poopied, they could be hot, or cold, they could have gas.. etc.. and the thing is.. 3 months and under, the need that sort of attention every couple hours. (It is exhausting) But what it comes down too.. is your baby is too young to use the Ferber Method. As your baby grows.. around 4 or 5 months.. your baby will have more time between feedings.. and may even be able to sleep almost through the night.. (at least 6 hours).. and anyway.. all that makes a difference.. Your baby right now.. should be feeding every 2 to 3 hours.. and so the reality is.. how can you ferber that?? Right now.. you and your spouse,... should split up the feedings.. and you should respond to your baby when he cries. At about 4 1/2 months.. I'd start the ferber method then.. but not before.. Good Luck with your Son.

There is nothing wrong with showing your emotions !

YES , I sometimes get teary over certain things ....it's a part of my make up , who I am ! So what if I can't change things ....it doesn't make me less of a person because I feel sorrow , empathy , frustration , joy & it expresses itself in tears!

If we were to follow your line of thinking we would never shed tears at a funeral either ....after all , we cannot change that & bring the person back to life !

Crying is a part of humanity, we cry when we feel distressed or angry. If you are a sensitive person you can cry about many things. Well if you're not you don't cry that easily. Personally i usually don't cry with no reason as i analyze each condition very much and I get with a conclusion soon.

of course .. i mean if there's something going on and it's so sad and depressing and i have no way of controlling or changing it, my eyes tear up .. because i want to be doing something .. but crying sometimes is the only thing that could relief me .. sure it won't solve anything , but it helps me clear my mind ..

if we cry for a while that doesn't mean we have to stop our lives....crying makes u feel better its a relief..at least that's what i think...and any human have emotions that they show including crying. unless u don't then that's a different story.

I think I get more adjetated and my brain starts trying to think of ways to solve the problem or make the changes possible. We geniuses have this issue all the time. (Pats self on back)
