What caused the fall of feudalism?

Ok ive been looking everywhere and nobody can give me just a straight simple summary of why feudalism failed.
help?

Feudalism was based on the fact that there was a huge number of poor workers who supported a very few number of landowners. The black death killed off 1/3 of the workforce, which gave the remaining workers some power and choices because they were in demand.

Feudalism began to decline when Lords failed to abide by the old agreement to give new land to their vassals in return for their service (military) and homage. There was also a change in Europe in the way of life, with less emphasis on agriculture and more on money as payment for work. Both of these factors were instrumental in the eventual failure of feudalism. People moved towards looking after themselves financially and there was no longer any purpose in maintaining a lord-vassal relationship. Now that relationship is employer-employee.

That's because there isn't a straight, simple answer. Probably the two biggest factors were:
1) The Crusades
2) the Development of a market economy
However, I'm not going to tell you any more than that.

In additon to Sabrina's answer, the lords were getting too much power, and raising private armies, which the king objected to, so their power had to be curtailed (taxes). Hope this helps.
